CENTURY 21 NexGen provides real estate services between Dallas and Tyler. We specialize in residential as well as farm and ranch properties. Our services start with helping clients establish the right price for a property whether buying or selling. We walk with our clients through each step of the process including: pricing, selecting the right mortgage company, inspections and inspection reports, surveys, appraisals, all the way to closing.

Up-to-Date Knowledge

We provide our clients with up-to-date market knowledge on available properties in our area, pulled straight from Multiple Listing Service. Unlike Zillow and other internet real estate sites which often contain outdated information. Our agents possess the knowledge and experience needed to professionally advise clients with their real estate needs.

Repairs and Rehab

Another service provided by CENTURY 21 NexGen is helping clients with repairs in preparation for listing a property or make-ready after purchasing. We offer a range of assistance concerning repairs and rehab work.
